November’s Vale Tudo training day with Guru Neil McLeod was great fun and a fantastic experience. Our thanks once again to Guru McLeod for his superb teaching and his personal insights to martial arts training methods and practices.

We’d also like to thank Sam Dyson of Fight School who helped organise the day and Mike Town of Eton College Martial Arts for being a wonderful host.
